I am resting my right foot for a few days. Hope to start walking again on Sunday. Have moved into the province of Castilla y Leon. Will update again when I start walking. Spirits high but but body weak. Still sampling the Rioja though.

ReplyDeleteWhy not hope on a bike for a few days. Better than telling us you took the bus. Can you give us the brand name of your walking shoes so I know what not to buy!!
ReplyDeleteShoes from Katmandhu, don´t buy em. Would not touch a bike, I dislike the fancy pants bike riders here even more than at home. They sneak up on you from behind and scare the daylights out of you as they flash past in their ´fancy pants lycra.
